We maintain a contact list of researchers and scholars for the purpose of inviting potential reviewers and editorial board members. Contact details on this list are sourced exclusively from publicly available sources, including academic databases and institutional websites. We do not retain any personal information about individuals who have opted out beyond what is necessary to honour that request.

All personal information is stored within the editorial office email account. We do not use third-party customer relationship management (CRM) systems or dedicated databases to store personal data. We do not share personal information with any third party except where required by law.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described above:

Manuscript-related correspondence is retained for a minimum of five years following the final decision
Reviewer and editorial board records are retained for the duration of active service and for a reasonable period thereafter
